Giuseppe Arpino

Giuseppe has gained experience in employment and labor law, focusing on both litigation and advisory work related to individual and collective dismissals, corporate restructurings, extraordinary transactions, transfer of undertakings, and cross-border secondments. He also provides day-to-day advice to corporate groups and multinational companies, dealing with disciplinary proceedings, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, internal regulations, employee handbooks, remuneration policies, non-compete agreements, agency agreements, and temporary agency contracts. Additionally, he advises senior executives and conducts employment law due diligence.

Before joining Sanzo Vascello in 2025, he gained experience at leading law firms such as Rucellai & Raffaelli and Fieldfisher, within their specialized employment law departments.
