Ilaria Piesco

Ilaria handles litigation and transactional work in employment and labor law, labor relations, and social security law. She regularly advises Italian and international companies on the day-to-day management of employment issues, throughout all stages of the employment relationship, from its establishment to termination. She is also involved in employment law due diligence, providing legal support in the context of acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other extraordinary transactions.

Her practice covers drafting employment contracts for executives, directors, and senior managers, as well as handling dismissals and disciplinary measures. Bilingual in Italian and German, she regularly advises clients from the German-speaking area.

Before joining Sanzo Vascello in 2022, she gained experience in civil law matters at a leading Italian German law firm.
