Nelly assists Italian and international clients in employment and labor law, providing advice at every stage of the employment relationship, including individual and collective dismissals, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring processes, at both domestic and cross-border level.

She has extensive experience in litigation, handling disputes involving employment, labor, trade union, and social security matters. She has also developed significant expertise in managing employment relationships with executives and directors of listed and unlisted companies, including banking institutions and international groups.

Before founding Sanzo Vascello, she worked with top-tier firms such as BonelliErede and Chiomenti, within their specialized employment law departments.
