Marilena Cartabia

Marilena has focused her practice on employment and labor law, gaining experience in both advisory and litigation work for medium and large companies, notably in the logistics, transportation, and banking sectors. She has developed experience in employment litigation, representing companies and individuals before several Italian courts. She also regularly assists companies and financial institutions on employment, labor, and trade union matters, focusing on matters such as contract interpretation, non-compete agreements, disciplinary proceedings and related arbitration, dismissals, and the drafting of employment and agency contracts.

Before joining Sanzo Vascello in 2025, she gained experience at leading employment law firms such as LabLaw and Uniolex – Stucchi & Partners.
