Elena Bertucci

Elena focuses on litigation and advisory work in employment and labor law, providing support throughout all stages of the employment relationship, for both companies and individuals. She offers advice with a particular focus on gender equality issues in the workplace. Through volunteer experiences with Italian and international non-profit organizations, she has built competence in the fields of human rights advocacy and women’s empowerment. She also brings prior experience in corporate litigation and maintains a sustained interest in corporate social responsibility issues.

Before joining Sanzo Vascello in 2024, she gained experience in corporate litigation at the boutique firm of Professor Roberto Sacchi and at Gianni & Origoni. She also enriched her professional path with experience in the State of California, where she pursued her postgraduate studies.
