Manuela Sanzo

Founding Partner

Manuela advises Italian and international clients on employment and labor law, trade union matters, and social security, with a particular focus on employment issues related to extraordinary M&A transactions, corporate crisis management, insolvency proceedings, collective dismissals, and restructurings.

She has proven experience drafting contracts for employees and top managers (executives and directors) of national and international companies, listed and unlisted, as well as banks, private equity funds, and industrial sector companies. Her extensive experience also includes structuring remuneration policies and incentive plans in cash and financial instruments, non-compete agreements, golden parachutes, retention agreements, and corporate governance matters.

Before founding Sanzo Vascello, she worked for over twenty years with Chiomenti, within their specialized employment law department.
